The Story Behind Recruzit
Hi, I’m Niraj Kumar Jha.
I have spent more than 16 years in the Staffing, Recruiting, Consulting, and Talent Development industry.
My career started as a Technical Recruiter, sourcing and placing technology professionals across the United States. Over the years, I progressed through recruiting, account management, recruiting operations, talent acquisition leadership, and talent development roles.
Throughout my journey, I noticed a common challenge.
Recruiters were spending too much time on repetitive activities and not enough time building relationships, understanding talent markets, and influencing hiring decisions.
As recruiting evolved, I became passionate about helping recruiters develop advanced sourcing capabilities, stronger talent intelligence, and modern recruiting skills.
This passion eventually led me to build recruiting teams, train recruiters, create sourcing frameworks, develop AI-powered recruiting workflows, and ultimately launch Recruzit.
Today, I serve as a Talent Development Leader focused on helping organizations build future-ready recruiting teams that combine human expertise with AI-powered recruiting practices.
